Our mission is to advance all aspects of student learning by building the capacity of educators and educational institutions to assess, plan for and achieve student success. We work collaboratively to measure current performance, explore strategies for improvement and implement the solutions best suited to local needs. We are a company with expertise in systems, tools and professional development related to assessing the quality of education and planning for its improvement. We design and implement school accountability systems, school quality reviews and improvement systems that help educators make informed choices based on the collection and analysis of data about their own performance and the performance of their students. "SchoolWorks provided valuable supportive service at Motivation High School during 2005-06 as extended members of the school family. The representatives were professional and friendly with our staff and students. They augmented our efforts by providing incentives for attendance, academic achievement and special awards at graduation. Two of our staff members were privileged to have representatives assist them in various ways to prepare our students for the PSSA exam. Another representative was instrumental in interpreting data from the Benchmark Assessments that were administered four times during the year.
