"SchoolWorks is a private educational consulting organization
that enjoys a close professional relationship with the Accountability
and Targeted Assistance (ATA) Center in the Massachusetts
State Department of Education. Since the year 1998, SchoolWorks
has played a supportive role in the development and implementation
of the Massachusetts School and District Accountability System.
In an advisory capacity, Mr. McFadden and several of his staff
joined ATA's effort to design a results-oriented school and
district accountability system aligned to our state's standards-based
student assessment system.
