We do not have fixed solutions to problems. After understanding clients' values and objectives, we collect and analyze data with them to determine a solution that best fits their needs.

We draw upon existing research, strategies and tools, making adaptations as necessary, to develop a unique approach for each client.

Establishing and sustaining high performance requires regular and systematic assessment of progress toward high standards.

"SchoolWorks is a private educational consulting organization that enjoys a close professional relationship with the Accountability and Targeted Assistance (ATA) Center in the Massachusetts State Department of Education. Since the year 1998, SchoolWorks has played a supportive role in the development and implementation of the Massachusetts School and District Accountability System. In an advisory capacity, Mr. McFadden and several of his staff joined ATA's effort to design a results-oriented school and district accountability system aligned to our state's standards-based student assessment system.

SchoolWorks continues to contribute to our on-site review process by providing experienced, well-prepared school evaluators who serve as chairpersons to lead individual review teams and develop written reports of team findings.
